These constitute the terms and conditions of the use of this website (https://www.jallshop.com) and the services available .

Jallshop is the registered trademark of Jallcomba Limited (“us and “we”), the company that operates the Jallshop website.

Acceptance of the conditions

Use of this website is acceptance of the terms and conditions stated herein. If you, (“user” “customer”  do not agree to these  terms of conditions do not  activate or use our services. We may renew, modify or amend the Terms of Use from time to time without notice. If you continue to use our services, you accept those changes.

Return Policy

We will address all cancellation and return requests received via email to  contact.jallshop@jallcomba.com.com and / or  online chat.

If you wish to cancel a service  you have up to thirty (30) days from the  date of purchase to request cancellation. After that  request will not proceed. Cancellations will be subject to study by the company to determine their legitimacy (whether they are appropriate or not) and a response will be given within a period of no more than 7 days. Jallshop reserves the right to deny requests if it considers that the order falls within the stipulated conditions.

For returns, the customer has up to seven (7) days to make their request after receiving the product. After this period, said request will not proceed. Returns will be subject to study by the company to determine their legitimacy (whether they are appropriate or not) and a response will be given within a period of no more than 7 days. Jallshop reserves the right to deny requests if it considers that the product is within the stipulated conditions, also if it detects a fraudulent or malicious origin.

Jallshop will not refund credits obtained through promotions, gifts, coupons or similar conditions. The corresponding amounts will be refunded, in whole or in part, to the client's account. These refunds may be in conciliation with the client, among the following options:

·           Credit to use on the next purchase with a validity of 30 days. After this term it will be extended for another 30 days. After this last period, the client loses the right to the credited amounts and will not be able to use them.

·           Refund of the corresponding amount.

Device and Accessories Warranty Policy

The warranty and after-sales service are subject to the policy of the country where the product is collected. Refunds are not issued for charged amounts. Devices may be replaced with one of equal or greater value and similar or superior features.

General Responsibilities

The correct use of the information, content and services is the sole responsibility of whoever enters the Jallshop page and uses our services.

By using this service, the customer declares and guarantees that they will not use the service in any way that violates copyright, intellectual property or other rights.

Third Parties

Jurisdiction Restrictions

If you reside in a jurisdiction where the law prohibits offering or using Internet telephony or Jallshop Services, you cannot enter into an Agreement with us or or use our services.

We are not responsible for any security errors that may occur or for any damage that may be caused to the your device (hardware and software), or to the files or documents stored therein.

We do not guarantee the absence of viruses or other elements on the website introduced by third parties that may cause alterations in the physical or logical systems of the clients or in the electronic documents and files stored in their systems. Cessation and interruption of services

We have no maintenance fees or monthly fees, no registration fees or other hidden charges.

Jallshop offers the client an order history in which they can see, by eligible dates, the detail of the operations carried out.
